About Linda Thompson Creator Of Coral Reef Puzzle

Linda Thompson a Native of Ohio and long-time resident of the Gulf coast of Florida let her commercial art in 1986 to pursue her love of wildlife painting.

She focused her painting endeavors primarily on the untold stories of the underwater world of the ocean, marine mammals along with all the other varied sea life.

Linda’s paintings depict the ripple effect of that man has caused with his interaction with the sea.

As a member of the Society of Animal Artists, Linda’s paintings can be found in galleries along the Gulf and Atlantic coast states and from Florida to Alaska. Linda Thompson goals were to capture the unforgettable realism in her paintings.

“My goal is to capture a scene, tell a story, then leave you feeling that you’ve been there and will come back again.”

Unfortunately in 2010 at the age of 57, Linda Thompson succumbed to her life-long battle with breast-cancer.

She has left a legacy of caring for animals, our environment and people.
